How do quotations work?+
After reviewing photographs or completing a site visit, you receive a written fixed quotation detailing scope of work, materials, timeline and total cost before any work begins.
Do you visit properties before larger projects?+
Yes. Larger projects always begin with a site visit so measurements, ground conditions and access can be assessed accurately.
Are materials included?+
Material inclusions are stated clearly in each written quotation. Most projects include all standard materials; specialist finishes are itemised separately.
What areas do you cover?+
We serve residential properties across the United Kingdom, focusing on local and regional projects within practical travel distance.
How long do projects typically take?+
Small repairs are usually completed in 1–2 days. Driveways and garden walls typically take 3–7 working days depending on size and weather.
How are payments handled?+
Payments are processed securely through Stripe using the package links on our pricing page. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Are you insured?+
Yes, public liability insurance is maintained at all times and proof can be provided on request.
What happens after a project is finished?+
A final inspection is carried out together with the homeowner and project documentation is retained for your records.
